The examples are synthetic. The site does not collect a real service report. The booking button opens Calendly, an external service with its own terms and privacy information.
In the pilot workflow.
The application, database and storage use European infrastructure. The current voice provider, Retell, processes calls outside the EU. Data flows and conditions for using real data must be reviewed and agreed before the pilot.
Human review.
Your team must review and complete the prepared report. It is not a certificate of compliance or confirmation that equipment is safe.
Before starting.
We agree the scope, authorised participants and data-processing arrangements appropriate to the trial. The first discussion can use a blank report and synthetic examples.
